Songcharting notes

As you might have noticed, I have no "MIDI search/found" progress state. I chart all of my song files from scratch by ear because it is easier for me and gives me more control over the charting process, not to mention it saves me the time of looking for MIDI/sheet music and lets me chart songs for which these resources are not available.

Some notes about my charting style:

• My philosophy is that it should be humanly possible to achieve a perfect score on any of my song files, and that any player who knows the song (and isn't tone-deaf) should be able to score at least 8000. As such, I am usually quite generous with the space I leave between notes to give players time to change pitch.
  
• Regarding grace notes (a short note that usually serves as a lead-in to another note, and sung on the same syllable - kind of hard to describe) - I tend not to chart these since they make singing the song needlessly difficult and USdx currently has no clean way of assigning multiple pitches to a single syllable. I will occasionally do so if I feel the grace note is important enough to warrant it.
  

Requests

I will, of course, be happy to take requests. Currently, I am only really interested in charting Japanese music (including anime, vocaloid, Touhou, general pop, etc). For songs in other languages, please ask one of the other amazing songmakers on the forum. I will occasionally browse the Requests forum, but if for whatever reason you would specifically like me to do a song, you may post in this thread or send me a PM. When requesting a song, you don't need to provide me a MIDI file/sheet music for the reasons in the first paragraph above. An MP3 file would be appreciated, though if you don't have one, I can probably try and track one down myself.
