It's better to have both in one folder (that you zip) than two different folder (one for hiragana, one for romaji).
If you do two different folder, it'll take you 2x more place on your mega/mediafire account.

So better one folder with both .txt
Also, members wouldn't have to download two time the song (the have all with one link ^^)

If I had to separate those .txt for chinese songs, I'd have 4 different folders >_< troublesome.
