[Kdrama] Dream High

So I've just discovered this and totally fell in love with it.

Anyone else is watching this?

I am halfway throught the first season and marathoning. Will be done soon enough.

Yeah - Dream High is pretty good drama.

I was watching it back then when it was airing in Korea ^^// At the moment I'm watching this 'second season' which I think doesn't have almost anything in common with the first one. (Except the story placing also in Kirin Art High School...) But the cast is nice in both seasons although I was pretty spectikal of all those singers turning in to actors/actresses. But well, most of them were pretty good in acting and so on. Especially in season two.

Even though there has been many people who says they like season one more than the second one, I have to say that imo season two is better. Even though it took a while for the story to progress to the point of becoming interesting I like it more :

I really recommend you to watch the second season as well! But remember to not forget that it's one fully different drama. Some people has really became disappointed about the differences between them.

I'm watching season 2 as we speak! (I've already seen 13 episodes).

I thought it was slow to start but once it was going it's pretty good. I like both seasons but as you said, apart from having the same background they are 2 very different shows!

I don't know about acting talent (I watch too little kdramas to be able to judge) but with regards to storyline I (so far) liked seasons 1 better.



I was really surprised to learn that the Hershe coach was Kahi. I thought she looked familiar but that's because I was creating an ultrastar version of one of her songs. XD

it's a great drama. it starts off pretty slow and boring but couple episodes in and it's FUN!!!!
actress kang sora is cute and lovable, then there are singers like ji-yeon, hyorin from sistar, and a wheesung recruit - Ailee <---- she is an amazing singer btw.. ^^

I've watched Dream High 1 and I'm watchin the second season right now! I've watched 8 episodes for the moment... And I like it! I love the combination of songs/dances and fun! My favourite actors are Kahi and Ailee, and also Soo-young who was a member of After School, she can't sing and her voice is really weird, but she's funny XD

Kahi and Ailee were my favorites too! It actually took me a while to recognize Kahi (I still don't know After School so well). I also loved Hyorin's interactions with the boysand that cut love triangle. I was always looking forward to her seens. I've finished the second season and I can only hope we get a third, maybe with some SNSD members. XD

I watched both seasons, watched the last ep of season 2 last week.
I like them both, there's so much great songs, I started listening to IU and miss A after watching the first season XD.
The second season is also fun although a little slow at the start.
I loved watching their performances

I already fell in love with the first season !! When I heard of the second season I had to watch it ! At first I thought JB & Hae Sung would be a nice couple .. and they were !! But then I kinda changed my mind to JB & Rian But the best actor in this season was for me Jinwoon *-* He's so cute !! And his G-minor .. I love doing that to .. it's kinda funny xD I would recommend the second season to everyone .. well my opinion of course I kinda like teacher Yang in both seasons ^__^

It was the first korean drama I watched~ It was very interesting and beautiful. I really love it, it's one of my favorites ^w^ I'm not Suzy's fan, actually I don't really like her but I was happy to watch "Dream High" anyway. I'm planning to watch the second season too~
