Help with the videos please?

Didn't see any posts regarding this and it's been a problem with some of the songs.

I'm using ultrastar deluxe the newest I think and for some songs there isn't any video in game but there's one just before you start singing part, is there any way to fix this, since I'm not making any songs I don't know anything related to these ^^' Please help I'll give you cookies with a thanks with cherry on top :3

I had already this problem
so in my case, I tried 2 solutions:
1) First, the video may be too high resolution!
So you must either change the resolution of the video (or redownload this video in mpeg or avi format)
either change the resolution ultrastar (if your computer will can)

2) testing the same video with another ultrastar!
currently there are 3 differents ultrastars :
- Ultrastar
- Ultrastar DeluXe 1.0
- Ultrastar CMD

I´m having a problem too.

There are downloads with 720p videos, but i tried a couple of videos from another site, and the 720p doesn't work. i had to look for 480p videos.

Is there a way to use bigger videos? Is there an option that i haven't found?
Or maybe is only a problem when you use mp4 videos?
I'm using ultrastar deluxe with the screen config at max.

You can try changing the depth to 16 bit and the resolution to 1280x720. To do this, you just go to Tools, then Options, then Graphics and just adjust the Depth to 16 bit and the Resolution to 1280x720. It worked for me with my Ultrastar Deluxe. Also, make sure to restart the program to apply the changes. I hope it works for you.

Hi! I'm having exactly the same problem than the other 2 persons.. I tried what you suggested but it didn't work.. Only the videos with medium quality work but the ones that are HD doesn't. Can you help me please? Is there any program to modify the videos and turn them into less quality? Thank you very much!
