How do you record Singing

For a fun gag, I thought I would record both audio and video and show it to people. Are there any options in the game to record the singing?

If not, what would work? I'm currently using singstar mics.

I did google this, but the results sends in circles sort of.
I'm hoping to record both audio and video, but for not, I'll settle for whatever is possible.

you can try with external recorder: Webcam, mobile phone, etc.
