    just like in the topic....please help...when i turn on song (ex B1A4-beautiful target) i can see black background

    It may be the edition of Ultrastar, which one do you use? I use Ultrastar Deluxe 1.1 and recently the latest Ultrastar World Party so my songs are playable for those. Or it could be that you may need to update your computer's codecs by downloading & installing a codec pack specific to your system.
