How can I put a video in the song?

I mean, some of the songs i downloaded here doesnt work, just a few work, others get in blank or with stripes...

I tried to look for the video format and its either mp4 or avi bt it still doesnt work.

Why is that?

Is there a way of fixing it?

It may be the edition of Ultrastar, which one do you use? I use Ultrastar Deluxe 1.1 and recently the latest Ultrastar World Party so my songs are playable for those. Or it could be that you may need to update your computer's codecs by downloading & installing a codec pack specific to your system.
