Problem with notes :(

Why does this happen when i try to sing this song. I couldnt fix it. Does anyone know how? I also had the same problem with FT Island - Hello Hello.

That means your computer can't handle the high BPM setting (BPM = Beats Per Minute) the songmaker put it at. Some songmakers double or triple a song's original BPM because I guess it's smoother for them but as for me and many others, it plays out how your picture shows. To fix it, you can go on your Ultrastar, go to the song, type M for the Menu and click Edit (this is for the Deluxe version, for the World Party version, you have to type M, click on Song, then Edit), the built-in editor should pop up, then you must type Shift + D, this will divide the BPM by 2. You may only need to do this once, but for another song, you may need to do it twice. After that, you must type Shift + S to save, then you can test the song if it's fixed. If you made a mistake and divided too much, you can type Shift + M, that multiplies the BPM by 2. An issue you might end up with is missing notes in the song. Each bar or note has a number/value of duration so when you divide the BPM, it divides the value of each bar/note in half so if a note has a value of 1, it will divide it into 0 which will make the bar/note not show up when you play the song. You can fix it with the same editor, but you have to go through each note and fix each note that has a duration of 0 and type Alt + Right Arrow Key and it will increase the value to 1. You can do it again to raise the value to 2 but it might overlap the next note. I already edited my TXTs for FT Island's Hello Hello and you can download them here:

The problem should be with the BPM of the song which is too high.

I've had this just yesterday,I wanted to sing B2st - Fiction and got only little dots everywhere. I checked the file and the BPM was set at 512! (Usually our songs our at 100-300 BPM).

To fix this, open the song in the Ultrastar Editor (by clicking "E" on the song) or in Yass.

In Yass: ctrl + D to divide the BPM by two for the entire song.

In Ultrastar Editor: shift + D

I've opened the UltraStar Deluxe (according to my understanding, go to "playing ULTRASTAR deluxe", is it wrong?). Then I went to the editor, but it is an error. I got into the sing, press M and then in writing no playlist.

To 2LazyToCare, in my opinion, I think there is a possibility your installation program before is not complete, so that when you replace it, all is resolved. Although it didn't work for me, but you have been so helpful. At least, after several times I asked songmaker without any answers, with your help to respond to my question, now admin also responded. Simpply changing the BPM in the text file is a terrible idea ^^

All those weird numbers you see in a text file are related to the BPM, so in Yass or the Editor, if you change the BPM, then those numbers will automatically change too. But if you only change the BPM (like by changing it in the text file), then you will throw, as you have noticed, the whole timing of the song off.
