How did you all get such high scores, the highest i got is 6200 for the princess hours song dangshinuennopaboimnida and 6090 on nothing on you by jay park in hard mode.

9870 in normal <-- I sing everyday for a month until reach this score XDD

My highest score is 9541 (easy) for Arashi - Lotus. I especially like the Ohno adlibs XD

My highest score is 9400 points on ; Hey! Say! JUMP - Mayonaka no Shadow Boy. (easy)
But followed by Arashi - Lotus (easy) with 9390 points.
Somehow I really fail at; NEWS - Sakura Girl. I cant do the end part with the LA LA Sakura. I dont get any points at that O_O XDD

My highest is 9260 on SHINee - Hello [easy] (yay~ SHINee is my favourite kpop band ^-^)
And once I failed at Park Jungmin - Not Alone >_> I don't know why, it happened just once.

My highest score was 9600 on Rie Tanaka - Ningyo Hime
and I'm only good at singing slow songs
that's why I like to sing Rie Tanakas songs ^^

My highest score was 9400 on Kizuna- Kamenashi Kazuya
9600 on Hey say jump- mayonaka no shadowboy
and 9400 News- sakura girl (La La Sakura it's hard for me too)

My highest score is Super Junior's Don't Don 9870, normal level. also Trax's Oh my Goddess is one of my favorites and has one of the highest scores, 9770.

I don't exactly remember the points but mine was KAT-TUN - real face and I got title "ultrastar" from it I can pretty much sing it without much faults..

I made 9800 on Arashi's Sakura Sake.
Still trying to beat that score ^^

I may not have the prettiest voice but I am a capable singer.

My highest in easy was Hoobastank - The reason, 9970 points (and there were witnesses).

In all fairness it used to be my brother's song so I rehearsed the crap out of it so I could beat his score. I know the song really well and I sing it a lot (my brother passed away so I sing this song that he liked from time to time).


I can do 9000+ in medium as well for many songs, especially English. In fact, as a songmaker, I use 9000medium as a reference point. If I can do 9000 or more on the song I know its ready to be released on the forum

For people who have lower scores and want to up their scores I suggest two things:

-practice!!!!
-buy a decent mircophone (I have 4 I use to test out new songs. A microphone that will not go up and down on a realy long note can make a lot of difference in the points!

I scored 9520 ~ I was really surprised because that was my first time singing it !
But I have actually listened to that so freaking much and it isn't that hard to sing after all ^^;;

Oh, and it was at easy mode too haha ~

I'll try getting better scores in future, haven't been singing much with Ultrastar yet :))!

On easy mode, the song I had the highest score is Iceman - Shining Collection with 9700. I love this song but I never thought it was my best one until I saw the scores. :p


EDIT: I just saw the scores in the my other computer and I actually have a score higher than 9700 - 9930 in "Melissa" by Porno Graffitti. Whoot!

My best score so far is Alan Kuo's Ling. I made 9690 on easy mode I was really surprised when I saw that this is my best score since it's the only chinese song I have (I prefer singing japanese or english songs), but it's also true that this is one of my favourite songs so perhaps that is the reason

I'll take the suggestion Fawe Denoir, and change my microphone.

I wanted to have more microphones for parties but I realized some are better than others. ^^

Personnally, I use 2 Playstation 2 microphones (red and blue) which together take up 1 USB space. I also have 2 "normal" microphones but as most computers only have 1 microphone jack, if I want to use them at the same time (only for parties, never for songmaking) I use a mono to stereo adapter (basically I put both microphones into it and it becomes 1 plug with a left and right channel)*

Technicalities aside, if your aim is to up your scores and if you notice that your game doesn't stay constant on long notes (but you know you do), then it might be worth buying a 30$ microphone instead of a 15$ one. (Also keep the old one, buy the tiny adapter and you will be able to play 2 player!)


*This means that I can have up to 4 players at the same time.

I got my highest score with "Beast - Beautiful Night". I got 9090 Ponits :3

Ok. I cracked my highscore. My biggest is 9560 Points with SHINee - Lucifer.

My highest is 9150 from Arashi [Wild At Heart] when I was sick. hahaha never thought I could get that high:P
