Application error with specific songs

Everytime I try to sing EXO-K Heart Attack, B.A.P One Shot and EXO-K 3.6.5, all of them coincidentally or not made by sakichan, the game crashes and I get this error message:

Exception EAccessViolation in module UltraStar.exe st 0008D6CC.
Acess violation at address 0048D6CC in module 'UltraStar.exe'. Read of address 00000000.

Then the only thing I can do is click 'OK' and the game closes.

I didn't know if I should had tried talking to sakichan so I made this topic here so that I can see if someone else has this problem and/or knows how to fix it.

i have try with Ultrastar Deluxe Challenge, Medley & Duet version, and it's work ! no problem.

whats verion you use ? have you try with other Ultrastar version ? for test

i try more this night in my room, with others version for see
maybe a problem with UTF8 and AINSI txt file :p
