    Hi

    I want to introduce myself to everyone but on that forum page it doesn't allow me to do so, and I see the message 'You cannot post new topics in this forum' at the bottom of the page.

    Hellow! You must go to the Introduce Yourself section,
    here you can see "topic" at the top right, where you
    should click, to start writing your introduction.
    Once you have finished, just publish it and wait for it
    to be reviewed.
    Don't forget to follow the steps to make a correct
    introduction that you'll find in the Forum General Rules.
