Haha. Nina Hagen really is a voice breaker. The Rrrrrrrrrr is easier if you are a native german i think. In fact that Nina Hagen is singing in my mother tongue it's still not easy to "copy" her voice. I love the Song from her with Apocalyptica the songs name is "Seeman" which means "sailor". If i'm right it's a cover from "Rammstein".
You could do a Nina Hagen Song on the End of a Karaoke Party, than you are really sure everybody has a sore throat the Day after.

Yes, Seemann is a Rammstein song from their first album.
