Yes it is possible to become a gold member after being banned. As stated before by Prom, we accept based on following the rules, quality of comments, your participation (posting in Freetalk section, voting in polls), helping (answering members' questions, help find midis/sheets for requests) and how long you've been a member (at least 3 months).
To apply:

- Then click "Join Group"
The advantages/benefits of being a gold member are:
- Priority for song requests
- Access to Gold section which is where only gold members, songmakers and admins can read and post in
- Access to Gold Songs which are songs gold members get earlier access to while regular members have to wait to download and also songs that won't be available to download by regular members ever. These songs are usually the latest ones a songmaker has completed or the newest singles. For example, I made Super Junior's Mr. Simple within the second week of its release, so I posted it as a Gold song first for gold members and a week or two later, I moved it to the Korean section where regular members can get it. It's the songmaker's discretion to release their songs as a gold song first or not.
Since you've been banned and you are relatively a new member, it may take a while but it's definitely possible to be accepted. So I hope I helped by answering your questions.
